The Bayern Workshop 2026 connects you directly with leading providers from Bavaria’s MICE sector (e.g., destinations, convention bureaus, venues, hotels) as well as from the tourism industry (e.g., regions, cities, leisure and cultural institutions). Take advantage of this opportunity to build new contacts, develop valuable partnerships, and experience the latest trends first-hand.
Participation is completely free of charge for buyers and planners.
Accommodation, catering, and proportional reimbursement of costs for your arrival and departure by train are included.
Due to capacity reasons, we can only admit one person per company.
Workshop organization
For the first time, the Bayern Workshop will take place simultaneously for the MICE and Travel Trade sectors. Both formats will remain independent events with industry-specific content. The four-day workshop will be accompanied by a supporting programme of fam trips and networking events.
The main workshop day is organised separately for MICE and Travel Trade participants. You will have a total of 16 time slots of 15 minutes each for individual appointments, giving you the opportunity to explore the wide range of offerings presented by the Bavarian partners.
