Please complete the form below to apply for participation in the Bavaria Workshop 2026. Kindly note that your participation is only confirmed upon approval by Bayern Tourismus Marketing GmbH. Due to the limited number of available spots, Bayern Tourismus Marketing GmbH may not be able to accommodate all applications. You will receive a binding response by 15th March 2026 at the latest.

Participation is completely free of charge and also includes hotel accommodation, meals, and reimbursement of your travel costs by train (max. €150, 2nd class).

In return, your presence at all program activities is required.
